fantastic central stay
beautiful room comfy bed friendly staff
the room was super clean and well kept each day. the beds were comfy, the bathroom was also super clean. staff were friendly and cute. i could help myself to filtered water just outside the room and there was a kettle in my room for tea and coffee.

this hotel is very central. i could walk to the duomo in about 5 minutes. the main station is a short 5-minute trip. numerous restaurants are nearby too.

the staff offered to store my bags after checkout, and i could access the breakfast area early before it opened. the location was near all the main attractions.
the bathroom wasn't very clean, i found hairs there. also, the minibar was empty upon my arrival, and i had to go downstairs to get water late at night.

excellent location simple breakfast good size
The location was excellent. Everything was within easy walking distance. the breakfast offered a simple but satisfying variety, i found it quite good. our room was generously sized. two bathrooms helped our group get ready quickly. the lift was useful, especially since we are not so young.
the air conditioning wasn't as powerful as i would have liked it to be, it could have been a bit cooler.

limited variety unsanitary practices
The breakfast offered a disappointing variety of options. the coffee came from an automatic machine. I would expect better in italy. i also observed some unsanitary practices. Staff sometimes used the same gloves for washing dishes and serving food. it definitely bothered me.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to major attractions. the breakfast offered many choices, a great start to each day. staff members were helpful in providing directions and recommendations. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.
the elevator was somewhat small, and occasionally it took a while to arrive.
